Payment & Terms
- Deposit: Due immediately upon booking confirmation.
- Balance: Must be cleared 2 weeks before Expo start date.
- Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled before March 1st. No refunds after this date.
- Exhibitors must comply with all Expo safety regulations and mine site protocols.
- Exhibition Space Pricing: Pricing is based on the exhibition package selected and applies per location.
- Important Pricing Note: Exhibition fees are charged per location and according to the package selected. If you choose more than one location, please multiply the price of your selected package by the total number of locations chosen to determine the overall exhibition fee.
- Free Visitor Pass: grants access only to Local Content Clinics and Capacity Building Master Classes.
